These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Yumora Lights online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to any policies referenced on our store.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, and product updates can cause minor differences in appearance. Product availability may change without notice.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, when required, are shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel a paid order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. We may correct genuine pricing or promotional errors. We will not use these terms to avoid honoring a valid order where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yumora Lights is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store applies from its stated or posted effective date.
